ROCKTOBER at the HiLine
October 25th, 2025 Great Falls, MT
ROCKtober is a celebration of sport in the vertical realm. The first chance to pick up points for the Last Best Bouldering Series and as a smaller centrally located comp this is a great chill place to start the season off. Open to all ages with multiple youth and adult categories. There will be prizes for winners of each category along with raffle items, snacks and drinks. We feature unique local food trucks outside the gym. Start off with us!

FALL FEST at Freestone
November 1st, 2025 Missoula, MT
Fall Fest is Freestone Climbing's annual bouldering competition and community event. The climbing and atmosphere are designed to be fun and rewarding for all ages and abilities.
Prizes, refreshments, giveaways and a cash purse are all on the table. Climbing is hard, why not have some fun with it.

FULL GRAVITY DAY at Spire
November 8th, 2025 Bozeman, MT
Full Gravity Day is Spire's annual bouldering extravaganza. Join us for an amazing day of bouldering and competing against the strongest climbers in Southwest Montana. Don't miss out on finals. We’ll have a DJ, a huge raffle, prizes galore, and a show you won’t forget!

BOULDER DERBY at Rockfish
November 22nd, 2025 Whitefish, MT
Rockfish Boulder Derby, come challenge yourself! Whether you are just starting out or you are a seasoned competitor, this event is a fun and effective way to improve your skills. There are categories for all competitors and mega prizes to boot!

SHOWDOWN at Stonetree
December 6th, 2025 Helena, MT
Join us for our annual competition and party! On Saturday, we host our Youth and Open comps, and if you stick around for Sunday, you can climb again in our infamous Community Pump Off. Only scores from Saturday count towards LBBS, but there are costume prizes for Sunday.

MONTANA BOULDERING CHAMPIONSHIP at Steepworld
December 13th, 2025 Billings, MT
Take the bull by the horns and join us for the culmination of the Last Best Bouldering Series. The Montana Bouldering Championships are a fundraiser STEEPTEAM, our youth climbing program that provides climbing mentorship and training to Billings area youth through practice and competition.
The final chance to pick up points on one of the densest sets in Montana means a lot of fun and an exciting finish to the series. -LBBS
